The Cottage
The holiday cottage is a typical Brittany house with an open outlook on the country.
It's around 50m², and is composed of:
on the ground floor:
-an open fitted kitchen (microwaves, oven, kettle, fridge, dish washer...)
-a bathroom
-a sitting room with a bed for 2 persons (140)
-access to the garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.
on the first floor:
-a bedroom with a big bed for 2 persons (160)
TV, DVD driver, internet.
Baby furniture available
The swimming pool
The pool is heated from may to september, the hoof can be
opened when the wheather is very hot, which is very pleasant!
The pool has to be shared with the owners.
The animals
In the garden, a mare and a donkey will be very happy to receive a carrot to eat!
Your children can feed the laying hens and collect the eggs!
The situation
The cottage is 5 min far from Plouay, where you can find all the shops you need.
Many activities in the countryside around the house. River, fishing, forest, zoological park, 3 zoological gardens, walks with donkeys along the river, bat museum, canoeing, bicycling....
30 min drive to the beach, 25min drive to Lorient center (boat departure to islands), 45min to Quimper, Vannes.
Price
April, may, june, september: 380€ / week.
Mid june to mid september 480€ / week
The rest of the year or week end: ask for the price.
Vacation rental from Saturday 4.00PM to saturday 11.00AM
Bedding can be provided for 40€ per bed.
We can welcome your horse in the field for 30€ / week (hay if necessary)
Your pets are welcome, just let us know before you will bring them.
